- Effective as of today, April 1, Orange County officials are planning on eliminating the 65 or older age requirement for COVID-19 testing centers.
- Sheriffs from the Orlando Police Department will be sharing handouts with information on how to properly follow CDC’s social distancing guidelines publicly.
- Universal Orlando will remain closed until April 19 and emailed all annual pass holders about extending annual passes by the number of days it remains closed.
Gov. Ron DeSantis Urged to Enact Statewide Evictions Ban

- Gov. Ron DeSantis has said little to address Floridian’s economic concerns, instead placing the responsibility on local governments and utility companies to determine the possible implementation of eviction bans and pauses in electricity shutoffs for lack of payment.
