Three Minute Thesis Competition

Students will be presenting their research and senior projects in Flagler Hall 317 from 4 to 5:30 P.M. with three minutes allotted to compete for best presentation. The audience will be able to listen in on presentations regarding a wide range of psych-related research. Cultural credit will be available!

 

Hot Wings and Hot Topics

From 6 to 7 P.M. in the Nemec Central Pod there will be an open dialogue about current events and hot topics. This is a cultural credit opportunity!

 

Wet Ink Ensemble Concert

From 6 to 7:30 P.M. in the DeLand Museum of Art second stage, Wet Ink Ensemble will present their chamber music concert with the premiere of a composition by Stetson faculty member, Chaz Underriner, which was written for Wet Ink. The concert will be featuring a new multichannel sound system created and installed by Stetson Digital Arts students. Cultural credit will be available for this concert!

 

Social Animals

From 6 to 8 P.M. in the Chaudoin Hall lounge there will be a showing of the documentary, ‘Social Animals’ which tackles the relationship between our generation and social media. The showing of the documentary will be followed by a discussion of the positive and negative effects social media has on our society in the United States as well as internationally. Cultural credit will be awarded for attendance of this event!
