B.o.B. Spring Concert

Tonight, B.o.B. will be performing for the spring concert, sponsored by Hatter Productions. The concert will be held in the Edmunds Center and starts at 8:30 p.m. Students can purchase tickets for $5, and members of the public may purchase tickets for $15.

 

Carnival 101

CSA will be hosting an event that invites students to learn about the celebration of Carnival throughout the Caribbean. The event will be held from 6:00 p.m. to 8:30 p.m. in the Hollis Center room 108. Cultural Credit is available for this event.

 

Living Maya

There will be a presentation on the change and tradition in the contemporary Mayan world. This presentation will include talks from Patricio Balona from Belize and Nicolasa Jeronimo from Guatemala. The presentation will be held from 7:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. in the CUB room 230. Cultural Credit is available for this event.

 

Florida Gathering

The Community Education Project is holding a panel discussion about the state of higher education within Florida prisons. Attending panelists include representatives from 6 education programs, as well as Secretary of the Florida Department of Corrections Mark Inch. The panel will be held from 7:00 p.m. to 8:30 p.m. in the duPont-Ball Library 25L. Cultural Credit is available for this event.
